Drop-In Pricing

Just visiting? Maybe you just want to check us out to get a feel for the gym? No problem! Drop-ins are always welcome for $20 per class (plus tax), but must have prior CrossFit experience. Please contact us before you plan to visit so we know to expect you.

Strongman & Powerlifting

Strongman & Powerlifting is under the direction of Grant Higa. Grant “Higamonsta” is an Animal Pak Athlete, a Pro Strongman & Raw Powerlifter, and the 2016 USAPL Raw Nationals Champion in the Master’s 40-49 yrs SHW class. He is also currently the State Chairman for Strongman Corporation & Promoter of the Washington’s Strongest Apple contest.

I have never done CrossFit, do you have a beginners program?

No problem! We have an Elements Class that will teach you proper form and the mechanics of CrossFit to ensure safety and get you familiar with the lifts and conditioning of regular CrossFit classes.

Yes you should! CrossFit movements are all scalable and should be used until proper form and technique are established.
