25 Minute AMRAP
50x Air Squats
40x Sit Ups
30x Team Double Unders (Both must complete 30x Doubles each round)
20x Pull Ups
10x Clean and Jerks (Rx155/105)
– Only one person working at one time, except for double unders (both must do doubles)
– Can break up movements in any way
