20x Power Snatches (Rx95/65)

200m Run
-1 Person runs 200m while the other person does the movement
– Switch run/movement ONLY when all the movements have been completed
– BOTH partners must complete all the movements ie. each do 75x Double Unders, 50x KB Swings, 40x Wall Balls, etc…
