Good job on the open last week guys! Looking forward to 15.2 this Friday along with our Weekend starter!! Remember the open is about pushing yourself, having fun, and embracing the Crossfit community and friendly competition with each other! So have fun and go hard!
With that being said, our next strength cycle after the open will consist of cleans, snatches, and jerks(Olympic lifts )! These are very technical movements and I just want to put it out there that starting this Saturday March 7th, we’ll be hosting a clinic going over foot positioning, technique, and the basics of Olympic lifting at 10:30 AM until about 11:30-12. We want to make sure your proficient and comfortable in the Oly lifts before we start this cycle, and am looking forward to seeing people hit some PRs and lift Heavy Sh*t during! This will go on every Saturday for about 4-5 weeks, hope to see you guys there! – Coach Vip
