1st day of new strength cycle (Monday-Back Squat / Tuesday – Bench Press / Friday – Front Squat)
1st day of New Year 30-Day Paleo Challenge.
BASELINE Workout for Challenge

A) Group Stretch

B) Warm Up
10x Air Squats
10x Push Ups
10x Lunges
10x Pull Ups
10x Box Jumps
10x Sit Ups

C) 1st Week
Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5
Each set increase the weight, Best effort for a 5 Rep Max

D) BASELINE
3 Rounds for time
300m Run (to the fence and back)
40 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups
Ensure full range of motion for each rep.  Make it your best effort, do your best, do not sandbag.  Make sure to record your time.  We will do the same exact BASELINE workout at the end of 30-day Paleo Challenge and compare our improvements.
