“Good “Chipper” style WOD this AM! Chipper WODs add a lot of volume to your training during the week, and test not only physically what you’re capable of doing, but also mentally. Lots of times during a “Chipper” style wod, you begin to think “Why am I doing this? This is hard! Am I done yet?” Focus during the workout today that you are battling against yourself, move at a good pace, and not to rest often 🙂 Scale accordingly and give it your best shot! -Coach Vip
